Fountain of Youth

Three years ago I changed my life with P90X.  I was headed down the road to high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart attack.  My eating habits were the normal “American Diet” and my physical activity consisted of getting up off the couch to go to the refrigerator.

If any of this sounds familiar then you too are headed down a path where your current decisions of eating for instant gratification and minimal exercise as the TV is just too interesting are going to deteriorate your health to the point where you will feel more pain and misery than you ever thought possible.  You literally have a decision to make as your life is at a crossroads and you will either choose the Gym Floor or the Hospital Floor.

The excuse of ‘I’m too old” does not fly.  So does the “my body just can’t take the stress of exercise” excuse.  I am here to tell you that eating healthy and exercising IS the way to reverse the aging you have been seeing and feeling and that a better you is out there.  I have discovered the “Fountain of Youth” and it comes in a bottle called “eat right and exercise”.

Don’t believe me?  I have dedicated myself to this philosophy for the past three years and the proof is in the pictures. Below is a picture of me each year for the past three years.  As you can see as the pictures go from left to right I am getting better, stronger, and healthier looking not the other way around.  So if you still believe that you have to keep getting older, fatter, and looking worse year after year then you are wrong!

I have discovered a great secret to a have a great life and I am willing to share it with you for FREE!  I do this because I love helping people and the relationships you build and the feeling that comes with helping someone stay alive long enough to see their kids get married is all the thanks I need.
