Barry’s Floating Fat Camp Routine

So if you have been following on Facebook you know that I am trapped on a ship for weeks and have some buddies working out with me in Barry’s Floating Fat Camp (BFFC). Well at least that is what the guys started calling it as a joke.

If you ever wondered about inspiring people, just keep working hard, eating right and people will flock to you as they see the results and want to know what you are doing so they can get big and ripped too. I have become the “ships trainer” as everyone comes to me for advice on workouts, lifts, nutrition, how to get abs, just about every question you could imagine.

This is the part I love about fitness is the sharing of what I know and helping people to get healthy. I continue to try to help them with tips and pointers and as a lot of them saw from our trip out in June it gets results for the guys who worked out with me.

Matt, John, and Dave have been there every day hitting it hard and helping the other guys on the ship to improve and get better. Matt has demonstrated many moves to help some of the guys in there looking for a little direction and we all are trying to help motivate the other guys.

So what am I doing for a routine as I continue to push myself and improve myself? Below is what I am doing this trip as I try to get lean and cut.

Day 1:

(Morning workout) Bulk Shoulders

(Evening workout) Pullups (50+), High Reps (25+) on 4 exercises on shoulders, Ab Ripper, weighted abs

Day 2:

(Morning workout) Bulk Chest

(Evening workout) Pullups (50+), High Reps (25+) on 4 exercises on chest, 20 minutes on rowing machine

Day 3:

(Morning workout) Bulk Arms

(Evening workout) Pullups (50+), High Reps (25+) on 4 exercises on arms, Ab Ripper, weighted abs

Day 4:

(Morning workout) Bulk Back

(Evening workout) Pullups (50+), High Reps (25+) on 4 exercises on back, 20 minutes punching the heavy bag

Day 5:

(Morning workout) Bulk Legs

(Evening workout) Pullups (50+), High Reps (25+) on 4 exercises on arms, Ab Ripper, weighted abs

Day 6: Start over with Day 1 workout.
