Body Beast Results

As most of you know I was deployed to Wake Island for 10 weeks.  During that time I decided to do the Body Beast workout program.  I did what is called the Body Beast Lean as I was also adding in cardio to help cut my percent body fat down to a new all-time low.

Below are a couple of pictures showing off those results.  I personally really enjoyed this program, but that is not a big surprise as I love to lift weights and that is what this program teaches and gets results in.   Building muscle and lifting weights!
