Insanity MAX: 30

Coming in December will be a brand new program from Shaun T. It’s called Insanity MAX: 30. It’s an all-out, nonstop, extreme 60 day program where Shaun challenges you to MAX OUT on each workout. Go as hard as you can, for as long as you can, recover and get back to it! Each time you are looking to go deeper and push your body even further. Insanity MAX: 30 is taking HIIT and pushing it further.

How tracking your progress will work with Insanity MAX:30 is that you will go all out for as long as you can. When you have to stop, when you’ve MAXED OUT, you record that time. Rest a little. And get back to it. It might only take you 5 minutes to max out on your first workout, but each time you try to go longer before you MAX OUT. This is exactly how I like cardio. All out, intense, where you aren’t saving anything for another round.

This is going to be a great complete program for you cardio junkies and I can’t wait to see how I can use it to really amp up my hybrids.
