Hiking in New Zealand

Its been awhile since I posted on my site.  I may have not been very involved with my site, but I have continued to live the healthy life and work out 4-5 times a week.  It has been a challenge as I travel even more than I did in the past and the places I go are not always “fitness friendly”.

I go to many many remote locations that not only do not have a main hotel chain, but no hotels at all.  I stay in local rentals mostly so keeping up with working out has been a challenge.  That is were body workouts have been a must.  As long as I have a room with a floor there is no excuse not to work out.  Now I enjoy the gym a lot, but in its absence I strive to keep active and stay strong.

Recently I went to New Zealand on work and one of the things to take advantage of is the amazing hiking in the area. So you can keep using excuses or you can workout in your room and get out and enjoy what every location has to offer.  Enjoy!
